SOLASTA CROWN OF THE MAGISTER FORUM FREE
Shocking grasp is fantastic, and I have had the sorcerers spam it on a melee target until one lands it and they all get a free disengage. Firebolt is solid damage that can spring traps, and it has decent range. He doesn't use it much.Ĭantrips- all have firebolt, shocking grasp. Weapons- all have crossbows and daggers, except for Lug which has a ridiculous greatsword. Inflict wounds and Spiritual Visage make her a better front liner. I did find the +2 int tome, so she is now rocking a 12 int.
I just picked int-skills, and even though I only had 10 int, at lest one character had something worthwhile for knowledge.
At 4, I took the feat Might of the Iron Legion to give him plate armor proficiency, and he can now wield the +1 great sword. He is hopless on any int or wis or crafting skill. I said the hell with it, put the 17 in strength, named him Lug, and put the 4's in int and wis. I had 2 4's, a 17, a 12, and maybe the rest 10s and 9s. The Child of the Rift sorcerer, "Lug", rolled terribly. With more HP I thought he would be a front liner, but that entangle has been so massive and important as a means of stopping the heavy rush that I put him in the backline to maintain concentration. The Mana Painter, "Paint" rolled well, and with half elf bonuses has 16 con, 16 dex, and 18cha. They all do have medium armor, and a couple have half plate now. Maybe they all came from the same mercenary company. I went with gold dragon for fire, and took fire spells when I could.Īll of the rest of these characters I went with Sellsword backgrounds. I took athletics and acrobatics, and I don't think I have perception. I took movement type spells with this character, as well as sparkle and light. I went with him as a low life/rogue, since the base armor is 13+dex, and started out naked with 16 AC. The Draconic Bloodline sorcerer, "Draco", managed to get a 16 dex and 18 cha. But I thought it would be fun to show you how it is going now. This team is still living at level 5, so I will conclude it later.
